Open Box Policy

  • Invoices & Payments

    • All invoices must be paid on time, either in full or through a pre-approved payment plan (via Shop Pay, PayPal etc.) to keep your items in an open basket.
    • Once you establish your open box, all of your previous purchase order numbers and expiration date will be included in your new listings to help you keep track of your purchases.

  • Basket Holding Period

    • Open baskets can be held for up to 6 months. This can change if we run out of holding space.
    • On the expiration of your open box, your items will be shipped, and you’ll be notified beforehand to verify address.
    • If you’d like your basket shipped earlier, send us a message on our website chat bot or Instagram at @omofthesoul.

  •  Shipping

    • To start an open basket, shipping must be paid upfront. This covers all shipping costs for the weight of your first order.
    • Shipping costs will be re-calculated either per order or at the end of your open box period.
    • On your first payment, use the code ADDOPENBOX in the coupon code box at checkout to let my team know you want to hold your order for open box.
    • You will receive new coupon codes that must be put into the coupon code section to bypass shipping fees on any additional orders as shopify does not calculate open box shipping correctly on additional orders.

  • Optional Protection Services

    • Package protection and signature confirmation can be added to your open basket at any time through our website or DM me and I can send an email invoice . These services will be applied when your items are shipped.
    • You can also add route package protection with each individual order at checkout. 

  • Shipping at Our Discretion

    • Om of the Soul reserves the right to ship open baskets at any time.
    • If invoices are abandoned, your basket will be shipped immediately, with no exceptions.

  • Large Orders

    • Baskets exceeding $1,000 USD will be shipped immediately, regardless of the holding period.

  • International Orders

    • Shipping for international open baskets will be invoiced separately at the end of the open box hold period (or upon request).
