Claiming & Payment Policies

Thank you for shopping with me! Here’s everything you need to know about claiming items and payments during our live sales.


Claiming Items

  • To claim during a live sale, comment with an emoji or the word claim with the correct price of the item shown on the screen.
  • Claims are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • No put-backs are allowed. Exchanges can only be made for a larger piece within the same crystal group.
  • A claim is a promise to purchase. Please only claim items if you are ready to pay. Respect your budget and my time.
  • Canceling claims can harm my business and may result in being blocked from future sales. Claims should always be made responsibly.

Payment Policies

  • Invoices will be posted to the website within 24-48 hours of the live sale. An announcement will be made on instagram stories when invoices are ready.
  • Payments must be made within 24-48 hours of receiving your invoice.
  • Abandoned claims may result in being blocked from future sales.
  • If you’re participating in multiple sales, let me know if you’d like your baskets combined to save on shipping costs.
