1. Shipping Origin & Processing

  • Origin:
    All orders are shipped from Michigan, USA.
  • Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within 2–5 business days depending on order volume.
  • Non-Shipping Days:
    Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or national holidays.

2. Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Cost Calculation:
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order.
  • $5 Flat Rate Shipping:
    • A $5 flat rate shipping fee is available for orders of $100 or more, applicable only within the continental USA.
    • Important: Open box orders are not eligible for the $5 flat rate option.
  • Physical Address Recommended:
    While we recommend shipping to a physical address, orders can be delivered to P.O. Boxes; however, an additional charge may apply.
  • Shipping Carriers:
    We offer reliable delivery through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

3. Insurance & Package Protection

  • Carrier Insurance:
    All orders include insurance for up to $100 USD (subject to the shipping carrier's discretion).
  • Optional Route Package Protection:
    For coverage of your investment with your order, please purchase package protection through Route. If not purchased liability is waived and is assumed by the purchaser.

    • Opt-Out Notice:
      If you choose to opt out of Route package protection, any responsibility for damaged, lost, or stolen packages will be waived.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Provided Information:
    Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. If only a billing address is provided, it will be used as the default shipping address.
  • Double-Check Your Address:
    Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot access addresses saved in payment apps such as PayPal or Shop Pay—only the checkout information you provide on www.omofthesoul.com will be used.
  • Customer Responsibility:
    We cannot be held responsible for any errors in the provided address.
