1. 🌍 Where We Ship From & When We Process

Shipping Origin:
All orders are packed and shipped from Michigan, USA.

Packing Schedule:
Orders are packed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
We do not offer same-day drop-offs. All packed orders are dropped off between 10:00–11:00 AM EST the following day.

Packing Cutoff Time:
Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will miss that day’s packing window and default to the next available packing date.

Weekend & Holiday Delays:
Sundays and U.S. national holidays may delay both drop-offs and deliveries depending on carrier availability and operations.

2. 🚚 Shipping Methods & Costs

Carriers Used:
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS, selecting the best method based on your shipping location and service tier.

Shipping Rates:
Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

✨ $5 Flat Rate Promo:
Orders over $100 (continental U.S. only) qualify for $5 flat rate shipping as a thank-you for supporting our sacred space.

  • This discounted rate uses the most cost-effective shipping method available, which may include limited tracking and minimal default carrier protection.
  • It is not available for: P.O. Boxes, Open Box orders, or In-House Payment Plans.
  • We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection to all orders, regardless of value. This is the only method we offer for full coverage and fast claim resolution in the event of loss, theft, or damage.

3. 🛡️ Package Protection & Carrier Coverage

Default Carrier Liability:
FedEx, UPS, and USPS may include limited liability coverage (often up to $100), but this varies by region, service tier, and carrier discretion.

  • Claims must be filed directly with the carrier
  • Coverage is not guaranteed under their terms
  • Om of the Soul LLC is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the shipping carrier has scanned the package in, unless Route protection has been added at checkout

Route Package Protection (Recommended):

  • Quick claims processing
  • Coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged items
  • Hassle-free resolution directly through Route’s platform

Signature on Delivery:
If you’d like to request a signature for delivery, please use our website chat feature or leave a note in your cart. We'll invoice you for the service via the email on file.

4. ⚠️ Express Shipping Realities

Express options such as 2-Day or Next-Day shipping refer to carrier transit time only, not our internal packing timeline.

We do not offer same-day drop-offs. If you're working with a tight timeline, please use our chat feature immediately after checkout to request an expedited next-morning drop-off. We’ll do our best to accommodate within our 10:00–11:00 AM EST drop-off window.

📦 Carrier Estimates vs. Real-Time Logistics

Delivery is often not guaranteed by the carrier, even when a specific date is shown at checkout. These dates are automatically generated and labeled as estimated—not guaranteed.

Unless every policy condition is met, including:

  • On-time drop-off at the carrier’s designated facility
  • No weekend, holiday, or weather-related delays
  • Full compliance with the carrier’s internal service rules

...the carrier is protected from liability and not required to reimburse for missed delivery dates.

If you're ever unsure, contact both our team and the carrier directly before relying on a projected delivery day.

⏰ Time-Sensitive Orders

If you're placing a time-sensitive order for a gift, event, or travel deadline, we encourage you to plan with intention.

The delivery date shown at checkout:

  • May include weekends or holidays where service isn’t available
  • May suggest faster delivery than what’s realistically possible
  • Is covered under the carrier's “estimated delivery date” protection and not guaranteed

Please message us through our website chat right after checkout to coordinate any urgent shipping needs.
You may also want to reach out to your chosen carrier to confirm delivery eligibility for your location and service level.

5. 📬 Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. If only a billing address is entered, it will be used as your shipping address by default.

Please double-check your entry—we cannot reroute or update addresses after a label has been created and scanned by the carrier.

For rerouting or holding, you may contact UPS, FedEx, or USPS directly.
